LeBron James becomes second NBA player to reach 38,000 points in his career

 

Since surpassing Karl Malone in March 2022, LeBron James has now become the second-highest scorer in the history of the NBA, behind Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.

On Sunday, he reached another scoring milestone earning his 38,000th and 38,001st career points against the Philadelphia 76ers on a jump shot from the top of the key.

This development means that only James and Abdul-Jabbar have reached the 38,000-point level.

Bistro Vendome reopens in Park Hill this weekend

  The French bistro  moved out of its longtime home in Larimer Square  after 20 years at the beginning of the year. The move was necessary because its landlord, Asana Partners, is beginning much-needed repairs to the infrastructure of the 143-year-old  Sussex Building  in which Bistro Vendome was previously located.
